Please join us between 10am and 12 noon on Saturday 2nd October in Upham Village Hall to learn more about the new Village Design Statement and the Winchester Road plans. Your views on both of these are so important to the further development of these projects.
Village design statements are intended to provide guidance for any development proposals and to inform planning decisions. A working group has conducted surveys of the village which will be presented for your information and more importantly for your input and comments.
The Parish Council has been working on traffic calming plans for the Winchester Road – you may have read about these in Upham Update. Plans include road marking changes, verge planting and more.
There will be coffee and biscuits and a chance to chat to village councillors and other residents.
