A reminder to everyone that there is help available for those in Upham who may be vulnerable and/or isolating.
The Upham Community Group is here to help if you are not able to leave your home and need assistance. If you have been offered a vaccination and will find it difficult to get to the vaccination centre, please also let the Community Group know as they may be able to offer assistance.
