The aim of the Community Emergency Plan is to help the parishioners of Upham be able to support themselves when faced with an emergency situation within the village. It also provides important information to the emergency services regarding the ongoing situation and the requirements of the village.
Should it be considered that a critical emergency has taken place within the village, the Parish Clerk, Mrs Anne Collins or in her absence Cllr Snowdon or Cllr Dalley must be contacted as soon as possible.. It will then be up to this person to get the Emergency Plan under way.
