You may remember the gas main works carried out as you come into Winchester during Lockdown 2.0. It looks like more works are being done in a similar location from 18th January to 15 February, with disruption and delays to traffic likely. It would useful if you could alert residents about this and suggest that they take a different route in, avoiding Chesil Street and Bridge Street.
