Upham Parish Council, as we are sure our whole village does, express its deep sadness after the announcement of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the afternoon of 8th September, 2022. The nation will now be entering a period of public mourning.
For those residents who wish to sign a Book of Condolences there will be an opportunity to write in a Book at the Blessed St Mary’s Church, Upham from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the weekend of 10th and 11th September. There is also an opportunity to lay flowers if you feel this is something you would like to do.
