Pubs in Upham
The Brushmakers Arms
This delightful village pub in the heart of Upham village serves good food and drink. It has undergone many changes in its 600-year history. At one time or another the Inn has been a factory, a school, doubled up as a dentist and a private house. The Inn is so called because way back in history, it catered for the needs of the travelling Brushmakers who used the vale of Upham as their base when they were not touring the countryside selling the brooms which they made from the hazel sticks from the green hedges of Hampshire.

The Alma Inn
This is a family pub, located on the Winchester Road in Upham. It has ample parking and a chldren’s play area.
They serve freshly carved, slow cooked roasts, pub food classics such as hand battered fish and steak and ale pie, and freshly made stone baked pizzas – available on any day of the week.
