In December 2017 Esso Petroleum Company, Limited (“Esso”) began to talk publicly about their intention to replace 90km of the 105km aviation fuel pipeline that runs from Fawley Refinery near Southampton to their West London Terminal storage facility in Hounslow. The consultation period begins on 19th March 2018 and ends on 30th April 2018, lasting for a period of six weeks.

They have arranged a programme of exhibitions near to the proposed pipeline corridors. These exhibitions will enable local communities to meet members of the project team and to raise any questions they may have about the project.
