The Parish Council has had a request from a former player of the Upham Football Club, Tom Hastings.
Tom is hoping to hold his wedding reception in a yurt or marquee in the village. Is there anyone in the village with land that Tom would be able to rent on 6th August 2015? Access to toilets and electricity would be preferable.
