You may be aware that Sovereign are providing the new affordable homes on the site at Torbay farm, Sciviers Lane Upham for people with a local connection to the Parish (a local connection means you live in Upham Parish, or previously lived there and still have close family there, or work in the parish).
Sovereign are providing 8 new homes. This includes a mix of affordable rented homes and shared ownership (where you buy a share and the housing association own the remainder and charge a rent on the unsold equity). The homes are due to be completed in September 2017.
The affordable rented homes comprise: two x 1 bedroom houses, two x 2 bedroom houses and two x 3 bedroom houses. The shared ownership homes comprise two x 2 bedroom houses.
To be eligible for the new homes you must have a local connection to Upham Parish as explained above.
For the affordable rented homes you must register with Hampshire Home Choice
